What do I need to bring with me?

Can I bring my dog?
Yes! You'll also find that dogs are allowed in the on site pub and in the outside areas of the on site restaurant

Check in is from 4pm and check out at 10am
To make the most out of weekend breaks, we price them Fri - Mon, so you can make the most of Sunday!
You can always turn up early, park outside the lodge and enjoy one of the many walks on site or a spot of lunch whilst the cabin is being cleaned
Where can I park?
Parking is directly in front of the cabin, you can fit two medium sized cars outside
Can I charge an electric vehicle?
There are EV charging points on the other side of the park maintained by ‘Pod Point’ where you can re-charge an electric vehicle
Is there free Wi-Fi?
The park does have free wi-fi for guests, however we found it's not strong enough to stream movies or hold video calls. We recommend using your phone as a hot spot & connecting it to the fire stick
How do I book activities on site?
We strongly recommend you pre-book restaurants, pub, swimming & any activities before you go due to excessive demand and fewer spaces available whilst there is social distancing & additional cleaning measures in place.

How much are guest passes?
To use on-site facilities you will need to use an owner friends and family pass or purchase a guest pass from Guest Services. Prices below set by Away Resorts correct for 2022.
Is there a cleaning service?
When you arrive the cabin will be clean & all the beds made ready for your stay
You have the choice of paying for a clean when you book, or alternatively you can save the pennies and clean after yourself when you go!
The owner box is fully equipped with cleaning products & a vacuum
If you opt to clean yourself, and the cabin is not clean on your departure, Away Resorts will charge £81.60 which will be passed on
